CORONAVIRUS – CLOSURE OF TUITION WORKSHOPS AND PARENT SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

In light of government advice we regrettably have closed workshops and ceased public meetings of our Parent Support Groups as of 17th March 2020. This decision will be reviewed over the Easter period taking into account evolving government guidance. We shall post updates here and email our mailing list with further details as they arise.

Over 40 years helping dyslexic children

Hereford and Worcester Dyslexia Association (HWDA) is a local charity which covers the two counties and aims to help by:

  • providing specialist teaching in literacy, maths and study skills for children with dyslexia or dyslexic-type difficulties and/or dyscalculic-type difficulties through its specialist tuition centres (“workshops”) in
  • offering advice and support to parents including two Parents Support Groups
  • supplying information to individuals who are interested in dyslexia
