Earth Day 2024

This Earth Day, Made By Dyslexia celebrated those who use their Dyslexic Thinking for the good of the planet.

  • Explorers, like ocean explorer Bob Ballard and space scientist Maggie Aderin-Pocock, are asking the big questions to learn more.
  • Visionaries, like scientist Wallace Broeker used his Dyslexic Thinking to spot the signs of climate change.
  • Innovators like Alex Wright use Dyslexic Thinking to imagine solutions to the global issue of food waste.
  • Communicators like Hamza Yassin and Megan McCubbin help us understand the incredible beauty around us and the challenges facing our natural world.

How would you use your Dyslexic Thinking skills to help look after our planet? We would love to hear your ideas. Send your pictures or thoughts to HWDA for us to share on the website: media@hwda.org.uk
