All of the BDA Staff will now be working from home.
Therefore, the BDA HELPLINE WILL BE CLOSED TO CALLERS BUT EMAILS WILL BE ANSWERED.
“As our Helpline is mainly staff by volunteers, we have decided to close the phone line until further notice. However, we will still respond to queries via email (email@example.com) but would ask those using this service to understand that response time may be slower than normal”.
Whilst they are making every effort to operate as normally as practical during the coronavirus outbreak, they are taking various steps in addition to the government advice, https://www.gov.uk/government/topical-events/coronavirus-covid-19-uk-government-response.
All of the BDA Staff will be working from home:
“Much of their face-to-face work is affected (although not stopped in all cases) by current government advice. They are contacting people accordingly, but if you have any questions related to this please reach out through the normal channels. (Please be understanding that they are currently making arrangements for staff to work from home and dealing with higher volumes of enquires than normal.)
“Their eLearning service is operating as normal. They would encourage you to make the most of this at this time.”
